Batkid saves Gotham!

Batkid newspaperYesterday, Gotham City (aka San Francisco) was saved from the evil of both The Riddler and The Penguin.  It wasn’t Batman who saved the city this time, though.  It was Batkid!

Thanks to the Make-A-Wish Foundation, 5 year old Miles, a leukemia survivor,  was able to get his wish and become Batman for a day.  Paired with an actor playing the actual Batman, Miles spent the day saving a damsel in distress, foiling the plans of The Riddler in the financial district, then rescuing Lou Seal, the mascot for the San Francisco Giants, from the clutches of The Penguin!  Batkid was then invited to receive the key to the city from the mayor.  How cool is that?
